Serving over 4000 people a month, this is the only facility in our city that provides food, clothing, house wares, furniture, medical screening and fresh-grown produce for those in need at a
single location. Representing multiple parishes, St. Vincent de Paul chapters and other interested supporters, the center is a very real presence of help and hope on East Livingston Avenue. We pledge our service to the mission of improving the well being of the less fortunate in our community.
The Bishop Griffin Center is happy to take your donations of food, housewares, gently used clothing and more. We are open specifically for donations on these days and hours:
You may also call the Center to arrange for an alternate time to drop off donations.
We are constantly in need of house wares. There is a huge demand for pots, pans, dishes, glasses, bedding, towels, and any type of cooking implement. IDEA! If you know of anyone having a garage sale, please put the word out that we will take any type of these items that don't sell. We have tax receipts available too.
